This isn't wrong, but I've had a word finder site since 2006 that has made $10-20k/month at times using a single Google AdSense ad, and it doesn't make anywhere near $9 RPM. You're selling word unscrambling, not an expensive topic like cars or something valuable, so it just doesn't make $9 RPM.
But the challenge isn’t in building it, it’s in getting it seen. Who will actually visit your newly created website?

A giant affiliate ad video lol. Also you have to consider the fact that the domain name used is probably responsible for a lot of these ''successful'' websites so cloning them and using a bad domain name will yield zero results.

This is clearly a funnel. The video teaches a real concept but pushes a product, Hostinger, by making the process look easier and faster than it actually is.
This video mixes a real idea with a lot of hype, so here’s the reality che……
Yes! simple “utility sites” (calculators, word tools, etc.) can make money through ads. That part is legit. Sites can get a lot of traffic, and display ads (like Google AdSense) do pay per view, not just clicks.
But the rest is heavily oversimplified.
The income numbers are NOT proven! they’re estimates based on guessed traffic and assumed RPM. Tools like SimilarWeb don’t show real revenue, so claims like “$500k/month” are speculation, not fact.
Building the site is the easy part. Ranking on Google is the hard part, and that’s glossed over. Getting traffic requires SEO, backlinks, time (often months), and competition with established sites. A brand new site does not just rank because it exists.
The “anyone can do this in minutes and earn quickly” angle is misleading. Most sites get little to no traffic. Even “low competition” keywords are often harder than they look, and many don’t have enough search volume to make meaningful money.
Also missing: ongoing work. These sites are not fully passive, rankings change, competitors copy ideas, and updates are needed.
On top of that, AI search results are reducing clicks to simple tools. If a query can be answered instantly, users may never visit a site at all.
Bottom line:
The business model is real
The earnings are exaggerated
The difficulty is understated
The “fast passive income” angle is misleading
Take the idea, but don’t buy the hype.

Hey Jonathan! Thank you! Your video is compact and covers different aspects, very well done. I see you emphasize creating multiple websites to do A -B test kind of thing, but the problem i see in that is that, it is again costly to own a domain, hostinger only provides 1, as the number of websites increases, so does the cost of hosting. So, that takes us bring back to putting all our eggs in 1 basket 🙂 Please let me know, there is way to host a lot of different domains in a budget friendly way! Also, it's been 3 days and still waiting for Adsense to start showing ads, I ckecked the code is in there properly, it shows authorized, and i also added, legal pages in regards to privacy settings and some content too. But still waiting, any comments could you offer me?
